Latin America. Between September 28 and 30, a series of conferences will be held around the manufacture of paints and inks under the title "Innovation as a recovery engine".
Between this Wednesday and Friday at the end of the month, the Sede Fiesta Americana Minerva hotel in Guadalajara, Jalisco, will be a center for the exchange of knowledge and information of the paints, inks and coatings industry for Mexico and Latin America.
The event, organized by the National Association of Manufacturers of Paints and Inks (Anafapyt) and the Mexican Institute of Technicians in Paints and Inks (IMTPyT) will have the participation of a series of speakers who will address, among others, innovations in raw materials, trends, production equipment and quality control devices.
One of them is the manager of Technical Service and Applications of Industrias Garay, Claudia Hernández Ambrosio, who will focus on general applications of infrared spectroscopy and branch in the evaluation of finishing defects generated by degradation.
For his part, Professor Ricardo Santillán Pérez, from the National Polytechnic Institute, will talk about anticorrosive acrylic films (synthesis with a high rate of solids).
On the other hand, Gerardo Bautista Méndez, Sales Manager of Wacker, will present about hybrid resins modified for protection of industrial floors. And so, more than a dozen exhibitors from the architectural, wood, industrial, general laboratory and human sectors.
"The Technical Conferences are a clear example of perseverance so that the paints and inks industry is always at the forefront with the latest in technology, science, regulations and sustainability," said the general director of Anafapyt, Flor de María González.
