Mexico. As part of the training and regulatory dissemination actions, the National Association of Paint and Ink Manufacturers (Anafapyt) will carry out the Standardization and Standardization Course in the coatings sector to be held on March 5 and 6.
"Technical regulatory instruments are public policy tools developed by authorities and industry, they aim to safeguard legitimate objectives of public interest, enhance, enable and have quality and safe products, processes or services, they are also a vehicle to facilitate international trade," is the presentation made by the Association on the course.
This will be given virtually, between 6 p.m. through the Zoom platform, by the current technical-regulatory advisor of Anafapyt, Roberto Escamilla Cruz, who is also technical secretary of Cotennarec.
Escamilla Cruz has experience in environmental management, formulation of printing inks, as well as technical-regulatory advice in the coatings sector, among others.
The meeting scheduled for both days seeks to publicize the process of elaboration of official Mexican norms and standards (Mexican norms) at the national level, as well as their benefits and impact on companies.
