United States. Hempel Coatings announced the opening of a new storage warehouse located in Deer Park, Texas. This new facility will serve this area for heavy industry sectors, petrochemical markets, terminal contractors, service companies, marine shipyards and manufacturers.
The winery has 18,000 square feet and a capacity to store more than 140,000 gallons of paint in inventory.
Troy Marshall, Hempel's representative for North America, commented that "we decided to expand in Deer Park, in response to customer requests. Despite having a manufacturing facility and warehouse in Conroe, Texas, we plan to be closer to our customers in the world's largest petrochemical corridor, accelerating our service and exceeding their needs. This new warehouse means faster and easier access to Hempel and Blome products."
