Brazil. The show that will take place between November 21 and 23 at the Transamérica Expo Center, in São Paulo, and that will bring together the International Exhibition of Suppliers for Paints and the International Congress of Paintings will have as flagship themes innovation and sustainability.
Abrafati 2011 will introduce attendees to advanced research and innovative solutions related to raw materials, production processes and application and environmental impact of the paint industry.
On the new technologies, Dilson Ferreira, president-executive of Abrafati, commented that "you will be able to know the paths to the painting of the future, having in one place everything that is thought, researched, developed and launched of more innovative. The event allows the interaction between technicians and managers, essential to the development of the sector and for Brazil to continue having a dynamic, strong and updated paint chain".
At the moment the exhibition already has more than 130 confirmed local and international exhibitors. "It is a unique opportunity to be in contact with more than 500 paint manufacturers, which produce a volume of more than 1.6 billion liters per year. We have received many inquiries, especially from abroad, from where Brazil and Latin America are seen as markets with immense potential," said the executive.
