Mexico. The Mexican raw materials trading company, Koprimo, marks its 45th anniversary with a strong expansion plan, focusing its efforts on expanding its facilities in Monterrey and strengthening its logistics division.
The company, which closed 2023 with 738 customers and a growth of 10.5%, reaffirms its position in the national chemical industry.
One of the key pillars of this plan is the expansion of its distribution center in Monterrey, which will have a total area of 12,000 square meters, of which 7,408 square meters will be used for storage. According to Eng. Alejandro Prieto, CEO of Koprimo, this expansion "will allow us to increase our operations and strengthen our logistics," consolidating the company as a fundamental player in the distribution of raw materials in Mexico.
The expansion plan had already begun in 2023 with the modernization of its facilities in Toluca, which now have advanced technology to receive and dispatch supplies by trains or trucks.

Koprimo, founded 45 years ago with the distribution of products such as marble powder and corundum from Brazil, today handles more than 100 essential products for more than 25 industrial sectors, including sodium carbonate, borax and boric acid. With 6 warehouses and distribution centers that mobilize more than 117,000 tons annually, Koprimo continues to drive innovation and close collaboration with its customers, key elements of its success.
