Resinas S.A.A launched the New Polyester Putty 1A, a semi-rigid product designed for repair and finishing work on ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces, fiberglass and mixed assemblies such as wood-metal.
Among its main benefits are its good filling power, optimal adhesion to metal, quick drying, easy preparation and sandability, qualities that make it ideal for the automotive sector, the bodywork industry and the repair of industrial machinery.
The product is catalyzed with benzoyl peroxide, allowing an application time of between 3 and 5.5 minutes at 25°C, with a ready-to-sand dry in 15 to 20 minutes. In addition, it offers 80–84% solids by weight, ensuring a uniform and resistant finish.
The New Polyester Putty 1A is available in 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 presentations, and it is recommended to apply it on clean surfaces, free of moisture, rust and grease to ensure maximum adhesion.
