Faced with this need, Pintuco developed an Entonador for Powder Paint, which through a color reader that pintuco technicians have, reaches the color code, as follows: the reader is put on the color you want, whether in a magazine, notebook or any surface, the toner application is opened from the technician's mobile phone and on the cell phone screen the color reference appears Pintuco for the desired tone, even achieving comparisons between different shades and yielding a deviation from the Cielab, RGB, CMYK, XYZ, HEX and LCH(ab) measurements.
With the new tool will benefit graphic designers, companies that are responsible for producing metal furniture and applicators in general that require quickly defining the shades of powder paint to give color to their structures.
To develop this tool, Pintuco established an alliance with the Canadian company NiX, owner of the reader and the platform on which the intoner works, and Pintuco developed the application.
With this innovation, Pintuco responds to the market's need for a wider range of colors, now there are more than 500 colors developed by the company and the entire RALl card that allows you to reach the color faster. To this application is added a new menu of 150 colors of powder paint of immediate availability.
This Intoner is added to the Pintuco App that was presented to the market in 2017 for the decorative segment, and with which it is sought that people can see, through a photograph, how the environment will be painted with the color they want.
