International. Troy Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of DBM Blending B.V. of Moerdijk, the Netherlands, a company specializing in chemical formulations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Included in the acquisition is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Rotterdam. "Troy is experiencing unprecedented growth," says W. Brian Smith, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Troy Corporation. "This acquisition enhances Troy's manufacturing capabilities, further expanding the company's ability to meet the needs of customers in Europe and around the world, and also giving them more of the advanced technologies they expect from Troy."
"DBM has a proven track record of manufacturing excellence," Smith continues, "which complements Troy's long track record of delivering outstanding performance, quality and value to the markets we serve."
