Mexico. "La Manufactura Esbelta" will be the next technical seminar to be held on September 27 and 28 in Mexico City by the National Association of Paint and Ink Manufacturers (Anafapyt).
The syllabus of this seminar will offer outstanding conferences such as Culture and lean organization, what is lean manufacturing?, what prevents us from being more productive?, review prior to a lean program, value mapping, lean tools, standardized work, problem solving, A3, among others.
This seminar will be presented by Raymundo Ruiz Infante, general manager of the company Metapol, who will emphasize the Lean system: a fully integrated system of quantity control, based on a solid quality, whose goal is the reduction of cost: the means, the absolute elimination of waste.
