The paint manufacturer, Osel, presented its most recent launch, it is the new 100% acrylic satin paint Osel Oro Máxima.
This is a water-based paint with a satin finish and extraordinary covering power, with magnificent resistance to water and saltpeter, has excellent ease of application, leveling and broachability as well as extraordinary adhesion, presents excellent retention of brightness and color, being also resistant to staining. The sum of each of these properties guarantees maximum durability over time. It has an estimated average durability of 30 years.
This paint is intended for use in exteriors and interiors on masonry in general (cement, plaster, brick, tablaroca, cement board, fiber cement, etc.) and wood among other surfaces. For best results, it should be applied on sealed surfaces according to each requirement. It is an alternative for buildings, offices and constructions that are not frequently painted.
The paint has a yield of 10 to 12 square meters per liter, at one thousandth of an inch of dry film and depending on the porosity of the surface; its presentation is in white with more than 1,400 shades. It also offers a reduction percentage from 0 to 20.
