Employees at Sartomer Americas' manufacturing plant in Chatham, Virginia, celebrate a milestone recently, marking 10 years and more than a million hours of work without an incident of lost time.
The achievement is especially notable for the Chatham Sartomer manufacturing plant, considering the large quantities of potentially hazardous materials that are handled every day on site.

"This milestone marks significant steps in improving the safety culture at our headquarters, and we will continue to improve our safety behaviors and actions," said René Neron, plant manager. "Our intention is in the relentless pursuit of risk reduction to ourselves, our co-workers and the local community."
