The Colombian Association of Corrosion and Protection (Ascor) will hold from August 1 to 6 the Training of coating applicators, which will be held in the city of Cali.
This training is aimed at operators of abrasive jet surface treatment equipment and coating applicators with spray and manual application methods. Participants who pass the course will receive certificate in surface preparation and coating application.
Some topics of the course are the following: Basic concepts of corrosion, coating technology, standards and procedures of surface preparation, techniques of application of coatings, handling of safety sheets, among others.
