Allnex
The EBECRYL LEO 10103 is Allnex's latest addition to its UV product range, the self-healing acrylate resins eliminate concerns about the migration of low molecular weight photoinitiators in indirect contact food packaging applications.
This new resin does not contain co-initiators so ink manufacturers have more freedom to formulate their specific pigments with their curing requirements. The EBECRYL LEO 10103 does not contain synergist which is necessary to be added separately.
The experienced ink or coating formulator can appreciate the freedom to choose their own synergistic type and the amount for optimal performance in their application.
In addition, being a low viscosity acrylate, this self-curing resin is compatible with most acrylate oligomers and monomers, making it easy to use in production.
