International. A new sustainable urethane floor coating has been developed, which is 50% based on soybean plants and is specifically designed for industrial manufacturing and storage facilities.
The coating protects the floors and offers a sustainable application that improves productivity. The product has VOCs of 21 g / L (in clearings) and 23-46 g / L (in color), which allows it to be used where the laws before low VOC allow it. In addition, manufacturers claim that the product offers credits for LEED certification in indoor environmental quality.
"We are committed to formulating products that not only help our customers create cleaner facilities, but also help meet their sustainability goals," said Mickey Gubma, a representative for Tennant Co.
