Wax additive

altCeraflour 963 is a specially modified wax for applications in powder coatings at extremes such as porous substrates. It exerts excellent additive degassing, which ensures a light and uniform surface without any defects.

This white powder complements the family of wax additives including the 961 and 962 models. The 963 is based on stable raw materials replacing and helping to avoid shortages caused by the limited availability of Fisher-Tropsh waxes.

The additive improves the degassing of powder coatings applied on porous substrates, for example, the formation of holes, craters or bubbles is reduced and scratch resistance is increased.

Ceraflour 963 is effective in powder coatings based on polyester, TGIC, beta-HAA, polyester-epoxy, glycidyl ethers, polyurethane, acrylate and epoxy.
