Argentina. Miksa, a paint manufacturer, will install a new production plant that will have an investment of US $ 2,600 million and will be located in the 10,000 m2 that it acquired in the Industry II Park of La Plata.
The new headquarters of the Argentine company, which acquired four plots of 2,500 m2, will generate 80 new jobs.
Now, Miksa has 30 days to present the work project, which will contemplate the construction on 6,000 m2, this means that it will use 60% percent of the surface of the plots obtained by the manufacturing company.
The Industrial Park II of La Plata will also house other companies that will soon make large investments for the installation of new plants. The place has 96 hectares with parceling from 2,500m2.
