United States/Peru. The U.S. company Rutland Holdings announced the acquisition of Sociedad Química Alemana S.A., known commercially as Printop, a manufacturer of inks and printing aids, based in Lima, capital of Peru.
The CEO of Rutland Holdings, Hal Crownover, did not hide his satisfaction at having achieved this transaction. "We are pleased to welcome Printop to the Rutland family, and believe this company will give us access to existing and emerging key markets in Latin America and elsewhere around the world."
For his part, the CEO of Printop, Luis Hoefken, commented that "this is a new step in the growth process of Printop and opens a new door of opportunities to benefit our customers, our team and our friends".
The U.S. company pledged to continue supplying Printop's products, which they see as an opportunity to expand the portfolio of services.
Now, both companies will begin working closely on a variety of strategic fronts.
