United States. The specialty chemical group, Lanxess, announced that it will present some of its novelties in products for the protection of organic and inorganic materials and pigments during the American Coatings Show that will be held between May 8 and 10 in Indianapolis.
The company will unveil its new lines of Bayferrox and Colortherm pigments, which qualify as light-resistant, climate-stable and highly chemical-resistant. The current range of synthetic iron oxide pigments features more than 100 shades produced from the basic colors black, red, brown, green and yellow.
Meanwhile, the Material Protection Products line will also be at the fair to showcase fungicides that feature combinations of active ingredients that present an ideal superior toxicological profile as indoor solutions. They offer protection and durability to paints and coatings against the attack of fungi and mold.
Dry film preservatives will also be exhibited by Lanxess, these products are ideal for the protection of paints and plasters in the air against algae infestation.
