Blue pigment
The Shepherd Color announces its new cobalt 10C595, a bright blue powder produced by calcination at high temperature, this pigment has good UV and visible opacity, is chemically inert, heat resistant and stable to ultraviolet light, also does not fade or change position.
This product has a high degree of solar reflection (30%), excels in applications where there are high temperature systems and chemical-resistant formulations, also where color stability is needed in extreme environments.
It has excellent durability, covering power and does not deform. It is compatible with most resin and polymer systems. Typical applicability is in liquids and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, concrete, plastic and other applications where the chemical pigment is equivalently used.
The new blue 10C595 complies with standards governing numerous packaging, recycling and toys such as AP (89) 1, AS 2070-1999, EN 71.3, BfR, CONEG, RoHS, WEEE, ELV, and TCLP.
