Curing coatings
Bayer launches its new UV curing coatings on the UVXP 2775 and UVXP 2792 lines, both of which use innovative technology with high productivity free of contamination to the environment.
The UVXP 2775 water-based solvent-free disperser for white pigmentation generates a surface with chemical resistance to stains, even in cases of high pigment content.
On the other hand, the cationic curing of acrylate with UV URETHANE EMULSION XP 2792 offers a quick drying by its industrial coating base. In addition, cationic emulsion is characterized by excellent adhesion on woods and the suppression of stains from wood components, such as tannins.
UV curing coatings are formulated to give a good shine and hardness, they can be applied on wooden furniture, kitchen cabinets, even in the renovation of floors, which thanks to UV drying, the floor can be stepped on again shortly after coating.
