Varnish layer

PPG introduced the auto refinish industry to its new DC2000 Ultra Velocity Clear varnish layer, designed for use on Deltron DBC, Global Refinish System BC and Envirobase High Performance. Ideal for collision centers, its goal is to achieve higher productivity without compromising quality or performance.

This product has great air drying capacity and thanks to its speed the dust output time is only 10 minutes, it also does not require heating or drying time between layers. It also optimizes the use of the paint booth and the polishing time, if desired, is 25 to 30 minutes.

The new transparent layer also helps reduce energy costs thanks to its ability to avoid the cooking cycle, the varnish layer offers great shine and appearance.
