Plasticolors DTP from Chromaflo Technologies, is a line of dyes consisting of a system of phthalate-free plasticizing dyes that allows users to create new colors and obtain a high-strength black.
Plasticolors DTP dyes consist of organic and inorganic pigments stabilized in DOTP, a plasticizer without phthalates. The dyes in this line have been developed specifically for soft PVC applications, putties/sealants, thermoplastics, urethane and elastomers. Includes a database of dye files.
In addition, Chromaflo's black dye technology uses high-strength black carbon and loads, this combination delivers hardness and abundant black in the final product; it also reduces the amount of dye required to achieve the desired color in urethane applications. With a viscosity below 5000cps, it is easy to handle and can be pumped or dosed.
