ROSS
ROSS high-speed dispersers can be used in all coatings, inks, paints, adhesives and other chemicals. Its main objective is to incorporate powders into liquids and decompose particle agglomerates to produce fine dispersion.
The equipment now has two-handed security controls to raise and lower the mix head. The system requires two buttons to be pressed and held to allow the hydraulic lift to operate, ensuring that the operator's hands are away from contact with moving parts.
The open disc blade of the high-speed disperser can rotate up to 90 km/h and generates a vigorous flow and a characteristic vortex to add the dry ingredients. This mixer can handle product viscosities from water to 50,000 centipoises.
They are equipped with TEFC or explosion-proof inverter motors of up to 500 horsepower, high-strength V-shaped transmissions and bearings, high-quality laser-cut blades, and stainless steel wet parts.
