The new Silikoftal HTW 3 is a silicone resin resistant to heat and water for pots and pans, allowing to create colorful kitchen utensils very fashionable in today's kitchens, and at the same time friendly to the environment.
This heat-resistant silicone resin meets all the requirements of a sustainable formulation. It is free of organic solvents and features significantly reduced VOC content from production to application.
The product is also approved for food contact as part of the outer lining. By removing critical ingredients, silicone resin is not classified as hazardous under the Globally Harmonized Chemical Classification and Labelling System (GHS).
It can be combined with numerous pigments and can be used anywhere stove coatings are used. This also includes, for example, toasters or other household appliances. The temperature resistance is 200°C. The high flash point above 90°C offers storage and transport benefits.
