Hero's Archimede A300 automatic dye dispenser includes a progressive cavity pump, a patented technology of the brand that allows the creation of equipment to dispense low-maintenance paints, reducing annual costs in this area and without being affected by calibration deviations.

This technology is capable of reversing the flow of paint through the pump, solving the problem of drying paint residues in the nozzles, minimizing the contact of the paint with the air and also has an automatic humidifier hood that keeps the nozzles moist.

Additionally, dispensing is done in a continuous flow sequence, reducing operating time. It has an accuracy of ± 1% and can be used to test sample colors.

This equipment is easy to repair, the entire dispensing circuit can be replaced in minutes without tools or training, and is long durability compared to gear drive units.
