Hockmeyer's HCP immersion mill uses rapid recirculation grinding technology to achieve a smaller particle size and a narrower and faster particle distribution than any other technology on the market.
This is achieved by pumping the suspension through the media field many more times and more effectively than any other mill, including basket mills, horizontal or vertical. Circulation can be up to 50 passes per hour.
Rapid mixing and grinding of the raw material is completed in a tank dedicated to the entire cycle. The machine is designed for use in various tanks with various capacities.
Among its main features is that it significantly reduces product loss; it has several positions for the tank with 360º rotation and minimization of contamination, cleaning and loss of solvent.
It stands out in the same way for maximizing color intensity, brightness duration and performance. It has a reduction in processing time by up to 300% and a reduction in raw material costs by an average of 5%.
