Brazil. Sun Chemical Performance Pigments confirmed the opening of a new manufacturing facility for dispersion pigments and technical service laboratories that will be located in Rio de Janeiro.
Equipped with custom manufacturing equipment, the Rio de Janeiro plant was developed to create aqueous pigment dispersions that meet the specific needs of the region.
With the opening of the facility, Sun Chemical also introduced its new Aquadisperse family of aqueous pigment dispersions for the decorative coatings market.

By manufacturing our Aquadisperse pigment dispersion line regionally, we are increasing the service and value to our customers in the area. The site will support the future development of dispersions that meet the specific needs of the region."
With the opening of the Rio de Janeiro plant, Sun Chemical now produces aqueous dispersions on three continents.
