The first will be the International Seminar - Passive Fire Protection Systems - The State of the Art - Virtual Seminar in Real Time, which will be held on February 17 and 18. This seminar seeks to disseminate passive fire protection systems for both cellulosic or hydrocarbon fires and raise awareness among the industry in general and construction of the importance of the adequate selection of passive protection systems that guarantee the durability of the systems in the long term and complying with Colombian and international standards.
The second seminar will be the Protection against Corrosion in Aggressive Environments - Carboline Specialties, which will be presented from February 24 to 25. This seminar seeks to disseminate the need for the use of high durability systems with technical specialty for the protection of equipment, structures and facilities in environments of high aggressiveness. Highlight the savings when using systems with engineering development that guarantee greater durability in environments of high aggressiveness.
Subsequently, the Basic Fundamentals Course Coating Inspection (Updated) Version 2016 will be presented, which will be held from March 7 to 18. The course will have a first part in virtual format in real time on the GoTo Webinar platform, according to the programming noted above and a second part in person, which will be held one day per city in Colombia on a site that we will timely announce.
This is the eighth consecutive year that this course has been taught and where more than 550 people from the following countries Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador have attended.
