Colombia. The chemical solutions company Andercol held in the city of Cartagena, the Growth and Innovation Forum in which it brought together some of its customers in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador and the United States.
The purpose of this event was to reflect on the most efficient management mechanisms for the development of organizations.
This space was attended by representatives of public and private entities such as ProColombia, Bancoldex and Creame, which addressed issues of great relevance to promote the growth of companies in an increasingly competitive market, among which aspects such as innovation, entrepreneurship, internationalization and financing methods stood out.
The academic day culminated with the presentation of some success stories of companies that, thanks to the proper implementation of innovation and co-creation processes, were able to develop new products or processes of high impact for the evolution of their businesses.
Within the framework of the same forum, the two Andercol plants in Cartagena were visited: The resin plant for Composite Materials and Polymers located in Mamonal, and the new Additives plant for the food industry in Zona Franca.
