The new facility is expected to go live in 2021 and will be located at Dow's existing manufacturing center in Zhangjiagang, eastern China.
A high-tech material with unique physical and chemical properties, silicone resin is critical for high-value specialized silicone applications in the home and personal care, pressure-sensitive adhesives, defoamers, moldable optics for lighting, and special chemical industries.
