Colombia. The Orbis Group recently celebrated the 30th anniversary of the start-up of its powder coating plant, which began operations in 1988.
"It is a pride to know that on Sunday, the first of July, the powder coating plant celebrated 30 years of bringing color to spaces where you least imagine it," the official statement said.
Orbis said that the work of the powder paint team gives color to 100% of the refrigerators produced in Colombia, to children's toys, brightness and resistance to metal architecture, and is contributed, to the electrical, industrial and automotive sector.
"On May 30, 1989, when the powder plant was one month away from a year of production, Saturio Restrepo and Jorge Alonso Acevedo arrived, operators who continue with us today. These 30 years have translated for them into the well-being they sought for their families, but above all it has been the time in which they have built bonds of brotherhood with their peers and created a new family, the Pintuco family," the statement concludes.
