International. KRCV Srl announced that it has successfully completed the purchase management of 100% of the shares of Inkmaker Srl, a company active in the manufacture of high-precision dispensing stations for ink and paint products.
KRCV Srl is fully controlled by Top Managers of Inkmaker Group: Christophe Rizzo, (AD Italy), Valentina Cigna (President Italy), Roberto Guerra (Md Asia) and Kar Seng (GM Great China).
The Group, founded in 1987 by Giuliano Cigna, Carlo Musso and Luciano Longobardi, employs more than 90 people. For more than 30 years of activity, the Group has strengthened its presence in international markets by creating several branches in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Australia. The seat is located in San Gillio, in the district of Turin.
Following the strategy adopted until today by the Top Managers, the development plan foresees organic growth in the areas where the Company is present, and takes into account investments not only in new territories but also in new sectors where absolute dispensing accuracy is required.
In addition, to further consolidate its leadership in on-site systems, management is considering acquiring new technologies and customer portfolios. "The conclusion of this transaction is a source of pride for us, according to Inkmaker's Top Managers, and represents a challenge to continue on the path of development and social and economic growth of the Company that we have been managing for the last 20 years. We want to thank Carlo Musso, Luciano Longobardi and the Cigna family for trusting us during all these years."
"Selling our own business is never an easy option, we unanimously declare the suppliers, Mr. Carlo Musso, Mr. Luciano Longobardi and the Cigna Family, but we are pleased to have received an offer from people who grew up in our Company. We wish Inkmaker at least another 30 years of prosperity and success."
In 2017, the Group reported around €16.5M in consolidated revenue with an EBITDA of €2.1M circa, and no financial debt(s). During the acquisition, KRCV has been led by Mr. Paolo Operti of the BNO - Torino studio and financially by ICCREA Printed Banking with M Francesco Piano, assisted by Gianni Vettorello of DWF Italia.
The managers have been supported by ADB Corporate Advisory with Mario Bottero as financial advisor and by Pavesio & Associati with lawyer Carlo Peyron for the legal aspects. The Group's financial statements have been audited by Deloitte & Touche in 2017.
