United States. The manufacturer of tintometric equipment and mixers, Italtinto, announced that it will present its renewed line of products at the American Coatings Show, from April 10 to 12.
The company is preparing to launch its next generation of dispensers, mixers and stirrers, which are inspired by its Italian roots in Milan, said Terry Newton, Italtinto's executive vice president. "Italy is known for its quality design and engineering, and we believe the innovative approach of these elements within our new models will reflect this."
For example, the product line is designed to handle difficult dyes. Automatic dispensers have been developed specifically for direct dosing without tubes, so dyes travel shorter distances, which drastically reduces their sedimentation and solidification, Newton explains. Italtinto dispensers also offer recirculation for better homogenization of complex dyes. This translates into longer machine life and cost savings. Other features include simultaneous dispensing of six dyes for faster filling, machines capable of operating with water/solvent, more flexible container configurations, all geared towards providing optimal value for paint shops across all channels.
"We intend to serve the market with a product-based approach and customer awareness. We believe that customers deserve attention both for the quality of innovative products and for the greater sensitivity to those who have more control of their after-sales technological environment," says Newton. "Traditionally, our industry has not provided its customers with much autonomy after the delivery of the equipment. It has served itself more by creating a service-rich environment. We intend to change that philosophy and offer our customers self-maintenance and cost containment options, which will result in a better Return on Investment."
