Advanced products are the key to Ti-Pure One Coat systems. For example, Ti-Pure Select TS-6300 uses advanced technology that allows precise control of particle size and surface chemistry. This product is manufactured with a unique chloride-based process to consistently produce high-quality, high-performance pigments for flat, low-gloss inner and exterior coatings.
What distinguishes it from the previous products is its superior power of concealment. Ti-Pure Select TS-6300 improves concealment capacity by up to 20% or more compared to universal pigments. It's a difference that allows manufacturers to create paints that cover in a single layer.
TiO2 particles are the main light-dispersing agents in coatings. But when they get too close, they lose some of their scattering power, and that means the paint can lose the potential for concealment.
The inorganic surface treatment designed in Ti-Pure Select TS-6300 will space TiO2 particles more evenly, for better light scattering efficiency and greater concealment capacity.
