Mexico. The fair for the paints and coatings sector, Expo LACS 2017, which will be held from June 20 to 22 in Mexico City, confirmed the presentation of a group of conferences that will be held in the training space of the Centro Banamex venue.
On June 20, the conference "Drying agent for water-based systems" will be presented, given by Diego Aguilera. In this talk the different degrees of dryers, their applications and advantages will be shown.
On June 22, the conference "New coalescing systems, low odor, under VOC" will be presented, given by Heidi V. Salinas Sánchez in which the development of new coalescing molecules that improve the performance of coatings and that are also low odor and have low VOC release to the environment will be announced.
On the same day, Eastman will present the talk: "Vantex and Advantex, alkanolamine neutralizers for use in high-performance water-based coatings", by Marcos Basso, who will present two alkanolamine neutralizing alternatives to solve the challenge of formulating low-VOC paints and at the same time maintain or even reduce the cost of them.
