Milliken & Company, a supplier of dyes and additives for polymers, announced the acquisition of Keystone Aniline Corporation, a Chicago-based dyes, pigments, pigment dispersions and polymer company with complementary expertise and capabilities to offer customers a broader range of advanced dye solutions, technologies and services.
In addition, procurement allows customers to streamline their supply chains by allowing them to source a wider range of products from a single source. Customers will see increased supply reliability through Milliken's acquisition of Keystone's multiple facilities around the world.
