International. Clariant presented a series of novelties during the last European Coatings Show that stand out for responding to the latest trends and needs of the industry.

The following are some of Clariant's outstanding solutions presented at the last European fair:
- The first neutralizing agent for marker-free, VOC-free, SVOC and renewable aqueous inks and coatings
- New stabilizers that will be pioneers in the easy application of mineral paints free of biocides.
- New fire protection ingredients for intumescent coatings that also prolong shelf life.
- A "tribo enhancing" additive for electrostatic powder coatings, providing a complete solution for cost-effective formulations.
- A UV absorbent synergistic /light stabilizer for solvent and water based coatings.
- A new family of waxes based on renewable raw materials.
- For coloring, Clariant unveiled a range of nine highly transparent, non-halogenated, ready-to-use pigment preparations that offer the entire chromatic circle to solvent-based paint systems. In addition to a full range of high-performance dyes, easy to use for UV cured wood coatings to support the trend of uv color systems.
- Visitors had the first opportunity to preview the colors of the car of the future with the launch of Clariant Automotive Styling Shades 2019 Trendbook at the show.
