Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport and Axalta Coating Systems confirmed a multi-year Equipment Supplier contract that extends the already established relationship between the team and one of Axalta's premium refinish coating brands: Spies Hecker.
Due to the technology of Axalta's Spies Hecker products used by the team, the paint not only weighs less than competing brands, contributing to the overall performance of the car, but has a pleasant appearance, allowing the team's brand to be visually transported through the livery of their race cars.
