Medellín will host the Andina Paint congress and fair in 2017, which will once again be held at the Country Club Ejecutivos on March 8 and 9.
For this opportunity, the Association of Andean Technicians in Coatings (STAR) has confirmed its two main seminars in which technical aspects of paint formulation are mixed with an analysis of the innovations of the city of Medellín as a city transformer. The first seminar is called "Strategies for the formulation of coatings of high performance and optimal cost", and the second: "Medellín, territory of innovation".
The speakers, respectively, are Dr. Jamil A. Baghdachi, PhD in Organic and Polymer Chemistry from the University of Mississippi, and PhD in Research from the University of Massachusetts. With 22 years of experience in research and R&D management in coatings, polymers, adhesives, composite materials and plastics. For her part, Ana María Salazar, is a Telecommunications engineer, specialized in project management. R&D management professional in Ruta N with experience in science and technology project management.
The academic program of the afternoon, on both days, will be developed with the presentation of twelve conferences in three simultaneous rooms.
