Despite the fact that only seven months have passed since PaintExpo 2016 closed with a record result, the organization, FairFair GmbH, notified that it has received a high demand for exhibition space for the next international fair of the industrial lacquering techniques sector.
At the beginning of November 2016, 170 companies had already permanently reserved their positions in stands for the PaintExpo to be held from April 17 to 20, 2018. The net exhibition area occupied, of more than 7,000 square meters, is already more than 50% compared to the previous appointment. For PaintExpo 2018, therefore, the offer of surface in stands will be considerably expanded.
With the excellent results of exhibitors and visitors and a great international character, PaintExpo 2016 laid new foundations. Thus, the industrial lacquering techniques fair registered a growth of 14.8%, with 10,522 visitors from a total of 74 countries.
The net exhibition area occupied, of more than 7,000 square meters, is more than 50% compared to the 2016 event. "Of course, we are pleased that companies have decided so soon and it gives us the possibility to adapt to continue growing. Therefore, we have expanded the exhibition area offered with one more nave. This will be very well accepted by exhibitors, so that we can locate the 'visitor magnets' homogeneously in all the halls," reports Jürgen Haußmann, Managing Director of FairFair GmbH.
Another sign of the good progress paintExpo is making also when it comes to visitors is the worldwide demand for optimised lacquering and coating solutions. Regardless of where in the world products have to be lacquered, users in different regions have to meet different, but generally higher, requirements. These include, in addition to an optimization of quality and productivity, also an improvement in the efficiency of materials and resources, as well as sustainability. In addition, the increasingly smaller batch sizes and increasing individualization require more flexible solutions in the field of lacquering techniques.
