The Colombian Association of Corrosion Engineers will organize from October 31 to November 4 the IC Course Advancing Internal Corrosion for Pipelines, which will be held at the Dann Calrton Hotel in Bogotá.
This course focuses on the monitoring techniques and mitigation strategies required to evaluate corrosion and develop and manage indoor corrosion control programs. The interpretation of data, analysis and integration as well as the criteria for taking corrective actions of major internal corrosion problems in a pipeline system will be studied in detail.
Students who pass the exams and who meet the requirements can apply for certification
as Senior Internal Corrosion Technologist.
The course must be attended by persons responsible for the implementation, maintenance, engineering and/or management of the internal corrosion control program for the pipeline system.
