With the acquisition of the UK-based company, Sun Chemical hopes to expand its global position in the printed electronics market. By combining Gwent's complementary product portfolio with Sun Chemical, the company ensures that customers will benefit from innovative new solutions for advanced printed electronics applications.
Gwent's Europe-based production facilities will also enhance Sun Chemical's global manufacturing capabilities for conductive inks, pastes and powder while enabling greater penetration into developing markets.
