American Securities announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Chromaflo Technologies Corp., one of the leading producers of chemical dyes and dispersions.
The transaction is expected to close in November of this year and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With more than eight decades of experience in the chemical pigment dispersion and dye systems industry, the company's family of brands includes more than 200 product lines and 7,000 products, serving customers across six continents.
