Resin suppliers Allnex and Nuplex Industries have now officially been reunited to form a single company. The group, present on four continents and serving customers in more than 100 countries, seeks to become one of the leading companies in industrial coating resins worldwide.
The company will operate under the Allnex name and has launched a new logo that is a symbolic representation of the combined forces of Nuplex and Allnex. It will now build on the expertise and reach of both, two companies that have a history of commitment to innovation and commitment to customers, as well as complementary geographic footprints. They also share similar corporate values and a global perspective.
Miguel Mantas, the new CEO of Allnex, commented: "I am delighted that this business combination has taken place. Now our complete portfolio of technology, our ability to offer customers the right chemistry for their products is even broader than before. We are also considering moving our corporate headquarters to Frankfurt, with the intention of establishing a new location, which symbolizes a new beginning for the company.
