Axalta Coating Systems concluded its annual latin american regional distributor convention in Cancun, Mexico, with more than 600 attendees participating in business presentations and strategic planning meetings.
The five-day event offered opportunities for distributors and other customers to hear from Axalta management about the latest global developments, from investments in new facilities and R&D capabilities to acquisitions and new products.
"This event is a unique opportunity to join with our distribution partners and customers from across the Latin American region to celebrate our achievements in business over the past year, while also discussing new growth opportunities for the future," explained Axalta President and CEO Charlie Shaver. "Across the region, the relationships we have with distributors and end customers are the key to our mutual success. Business reviews and planning sessions provide everyone with an excellent opportunity to learn from each other and build on the achievements of the previous year."
Participants in the meeting came from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
