International. Valspar Corp. announced that it has completed the acquisition of ISVA Vernici, a European coil coatings manufacturer based in Turin, Italy. The acquisition of ISVA extends Valspar's manufacturing footprint in Europe and offers customers a broader product offering and increases customer service capabilities. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
