International. Hempel revealed that it will continue with strategic investments to grow the company thanks to a revolving credit line of 500 million euros for five years from HSBC, Nordea, SEB and another bank.
Hempel, a Danish manufacturer of liners for boats, hospitals, homes, wind turbines and other man-made structures will use the multi-coin facility to invest in the business, in line with Hempel's five-year strategic plan and in order to refinance existing amenities.
Jakob Byrge, Group Treasurer at Hempel, said: "We are delighted with the significant funding we have received, which we intend to use for general corporate purposes, refinancing and financing organic and purchasing growth. We celebrated our 100th anniversary last year, and with this new facility we look forward to growing the business for another 100 years of success."
