Mexico. Axalta's Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, manufacturing facility celebrates more than 70 years of innovating and supporting the coatings industry worldwide.
During these years, the company has invested in the plant to boost innovation and productivity, which has allowed Axalta Tlalnepantla to export products to other regions such as North America, Central America, Asia Pacific and South America.
This factory developed Cromax Gen, next-generation color base technology, for customers in Latin America, the United States and Canada.
Among its many attributes, the company emphasizes that it is much friendlier to the painter, as it is easy to apply in metallic and pearly colors.
In addition, it reduces application times "due to its excellent covering power, and achieves the most accurate matching, due to its wide range of color formulas globally," says the company.
Among its features, the company points out the excellent sparkle and arrangement of aluminum and pearls, great leveling to have a smooth finish, good covering power and two-handed application, outside of digital color with the use of ColorNet and Acquire.
"Axalta has supported the coatings industry for more than 150 years," said Fabian Castillo of the Axalta Tlalnepantla Plant.
"We are an important part of that history and the company's commitment to Mexico. Axalta Tlalnepantla has become a world-class production facility and one of Axalta's largest operations centers globally."
