United States. On February 8, Heritage Color, a subsidiary of Vivify Specialty Ingredients (Vivify) acquired Reitech Corporation (Reitech).
Reitech manufactures and supplies water-based pigment preparations and dispersions for the coatings and graphic arts markets and is headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania.
According to Vivify, the joint force will better serve customers with complementary resources and a broader product offering, resulting in faster project delivery. It emphasizes the commitment to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
