The line specialized in waterproofing of roofs and roofs developed by Thermotek and Master Builders Solutions, includes dispersion materials, acrylic resins and modified asphalt membranes, now available in the Peruvian market.
The solutions are specially designed to eliminate water filtration, annoying leaks, prevent the accumulation of heat in the environments, among other features.
Among the products available are the five-year fibered acrylic system, an elastomeric acrylic waterproof coating and reflectivity thermal insulation for any property, as well as the ten-year hybrid acrylic-polyurethane system, which is applied on concrete and metal slabs and its chemical properties provide greater adhesion and durability than traditional waterproofing.
There are also thermofusable asphalt mantles consisting of bituminous membranes, which are modified with APP (Polypropylene Atactic) reinforced with a non-woven polyester mantle, and self-adhesive mantles, with special adhesives and reinforced with a non-woven fiberglass mantle.
Finally, the asphalt system for foundations is a waterproofing formulated based on selected asphalts mixed with organic solvents of rapid evaporation to waterproof surfaces of concrete, fiber cement, sheets, among others.
